Loki actually enjoys the Furme and I don’t need to restrain him at all. He stands on a low table and turns around when I ask. The canister fills up 3 times every 6-8:weeks and he looks great. It’s fun for both of us and it has saved me a great deal o time and money. I also want to complement your quick response in sending me a replacement hose. I’m able to source new clipper blades and filters on Amazon and they fit perfectly. I recommend the Furme to friends and I hope your company gets the reviews it deserves!

Been a long time fan and have loved our FurMe and will tell everyone who will listen how great it is! We have two large huskies as you can imagine who shed fiercely! We needed to replace the hose after using the heck outta it for over a year, and reordering was a breeze! Customer service is also great. Reasonable shipping. You can tell this company is a caring one.

Great tool for grooming my 2 Australian Labradoodle’s.
This is the 3rd hose I have had to order since I bought the unit. Main vacuum works ok, wish it had more suction, but does ok, but the hose splits along the ribs and they don’t last very long. Of course when the hose splits you loose your suction. Have taped it but because of the ribs the tape doesn’t hold.
Works beautifully on our Goldendoodle and Black Lab! We have used it so much we wore out the hose, which is why we ordered the replacement hose!
Loving it! Grooming is less messy now. The hose needed to be replaced and a new one was well priced. It is quiet for my dogs.

I love my Furme. My 3 dogs also love it. The hoses do break after a while. But I use My Furme vacuum almost daily and I have 2 German Shepherds and a Siberian Husky.
I have had mine for about 2 years. I have a freind who loves her machine. Had a ton of trouble with mine. It had stoped sucking up and over heating using setting #3 only owned a month or so. Talked to someone through there messenger system. They said it was filters ordered more filters & blades no better but got around it if it was sitting on a chair why shaved, something about sitting on the floor made things worse. A few months ago my clipper stoped all together, the main machine was still working so ordered a new clipper still wouldn’t work. We decided to try a new hose rather than throwing it away. It was on back order for a month so I ordered a new machine thinking it was junk. They both showed up a few days after ordering. Pluged the new hose in the old machine and our furme started working. It has never ever had as much power as it dose right now. I can even cut hair on #1 setting now. Telling this incase someone else has troubles. We wonder if the hose connecter wasn’t faulty from the beginning. The only reason I kept trying and ordered another machine cause I had so much extra stuff trying to get it to work from the beginning.
I have four dogs and the FurMe is the best clipper I have ever owned!
