No, there are no disposal dust bags. The container that collects the fur is simply emptied directly into the trash. There is a metal screened filter that is easily washed in the sink and a soft HEPA filter that can be replaced after heavy use. If you need to purchase any replacement filters or parts, you can purchase replacement parts here.
Always fully dry your pet before grooming with the furMe. All attachments are used with a vacuum and should never suction liquid.
Always fully educate yourself on your breed's coat before any grooming. Our brushes are designed to work for the majority of breeds. The De-Shedding Brush attachment is for any pet coat that sheds. Do not use the De-Shedding Brush attachment on non-shedding breeds or on pets with sensitive skin. Our Grooming Brush is great for any medium to long-haired coats. Our Grooming Brush also works well on a wavy-coated, wire-coated, or any first generation doodle breed. Take care to educate yourself on your dog's coat if they are hypo-allergenic as they may need additional tools such as a rake, metal comb, etc.

Yes, our AirClipper™️ is designed for all types of hair! Always wash and fully dry your pet's coat before use. Never use on wet fur as the vacuum is not meant to suction liquid.
The blade on our AirClippers is Size 10. Our AirClipper boasts a stainless steel fixed blade and an adjustable ceramic blade to tackle the thickest coats with a consistent performance while staying up to 75% cooler than traditional clippers. Our AirClipper includes 3 built-in lengths: 1.0mm, 1.2mm, and 1.6mm as well as 4 guards in 6mm, 12mm, 18mm, and 24mm lengths so you have plenty of options. An additional 3mm guard is also included with every Pro Plus set, but is available for purchase if you have an Original model.
The duration of time your AirClipper blades will stay sharp truly depends on frequency of use and the type of coat you are clipping. Our blades are not sharpened, but rather replaced once dull. We find that most customers may need to replace their blade every 4-6 months. Shipping Questions
We ship using either USPS, FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground which takes about 2-4 days in transit after 1 business day for our team to process your order. Please note to our team if your address does not support Postal Service deliveries prior to placing your order. If there is a delay beyond the expected transit times, reach out to our customer service team and we'll be happy to look into this for you! Please note that orders shipped internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories will have an extended period in transit.
As soon as your order is getting packed up, you will receive a notification with a tracking link to one of our carriers. Didn't get your email? Kindly check your spam or "promotions" tab on gmail. Still nothing? Shoot us a chat or email and we'll help you out!
If your tracking number shows that your package is still in transit after a long period of time and suspect there is an issue in transit with your order, reach out to our customer support team and we'll do our best to contact the carrier for more information. Please understand this may take a few days to allow the carrier time to investigate. If your package was confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Once delivery confirmation is received we are not responsible for locating or refunding the cost of your order. We send an email notification with a tracking number as soon as it's created so you can keep an eye on it. If available, we will also send an 'Out for Delivery' and 'Delivered' confirmation email as long as the carrier provides this information to us. It is the customer's responsibility to receive their packages responsibly. If the carrier provides a successful proof of delivery, this is a complete order. We do not refund or send replacements for stolen packages. However, we understand the disappointment and frustration of these situations and are happy to help you by providing you with tracking notes in our system or other possible solutions.

Didn't work for you or your pet? You can return your furMe™ up to 40 days from your order date. How does this work?
1. Try the furMe on your pet!
2. If don't love it, you can return your furMe for a full refund. This means there are no re-stocking fees for returning a used product.
If you need to return your furMe™, please email our team at hello@shopFurMe.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your furMe™. Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system. furMe™ reserves the right to deny any returns or refunds. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping instructions, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off with the carrier. Kindly note you are responsible for the return shipping fee. Package refusals or Return to Senders incur a shipping fee and this corresponding fee will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Returns must be sent back in a reasonable amount of time following your return approval. furMe™reserves the right to deny any returns or refunds. Returns sent to our facility without prior notice cannot be accepted.
Certified Refurbished items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For help with an existing order, call our customer service team at (800) 376-7064. Alternatively, you can chat us by clicking the chat bubble on the lower lefthand side of your screen and a team member will assist you.
If you received a confirmation email after placing an order, we may not be able to cancel your order as our team works FAST to process all orders as soon as possible. We'll do what we can to assist you. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, email us immediately with your order number and we'll do our best! Please keep in mind due to the current high volume of orders and customer service requests occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
